Visit the Abbey

Discover the wooded park, the large courtyard and the basilica of the Abbaye du Val-Dieu free of charge. To guide you through the visit, a free activity booklet is available in the shop. To enter the cloister and the brewery, guided tours are organised by reservation and include a beer tasting. From 10:30 to 18:30, Le Casse-Croûte du Val-Dieu restaurant welcomes you in the abbey’s former stables. Be sure to stop by the abbey shop, which offers local products, souvenirs and religious items. Finally, several waymarked walks start from the abbey and invite you to discover the landscapes of the region.
